I grew up in the homebuilding industry and it was only natural that I would follow in the footsteps of my dad and grandfather. Despite the early lessons, I quickly realized that I still had a lot to learn!
I spent a few long, stressful years working too hard on the wrong projects for the incorrect margins, and spending a LOT of late nights worrying about projects and finances.
That trial by fire education is COSTLY, and most importantly - AVOIDABLE!
